The StarDust Rogues are a team of super-vigilantes. They began when Alex's home, Earth-1 (Labelled as such because it is in the First of the Seven worlds), was overrun with crime, violence and invasions. StarGate Inc. set up the five Vigilante Groups. The StarDust Rogues were sent to watch US, Canada, Alaska and England. They feud with the StarLight Rogues and StarFall Rogues, and work best alongside the StarStorm Rogues and Supernova Rogues.

Their Hyper Spell is Foquiesker Hyrosil Grandhar, roughly "Focus my growing power". It fires a potent stream of energy from the user's hands. The more focused the user is, the more powerful the spell becomes.
